U.S. Figure Skating is dedicated to excellence on and off the ice. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
